should I cut my hair like this?

>> Thursday, September 3, 2009

So... they always say not to make any major decisions in late pregnancy. And "they" are probably totally right.

But I can't help myself. I'm just so sick and tired of the same-old same old. I want something new.

Today's daydream? Should I cut my hair kind of like this? I'm thinking sleek shoulder length bob, a little shorter in the back and longer in the front. But with sideswept bangs and a side part.

Thoughts, dear readers?

...this kind of angle from front to back...

this length - touching the shoulders

this kind of side part, keeping my side bangs

Go for it girl! it's a nice, non dramatic cut...and just think it'll always grow back and you'll never know until you experience it;-)

My thought would be to consider how long it takes to do your hair now and really think about what the difference would be in the time with this hairstyle. Also can you pull it back and up. With a little one arriving just around the corner this is probably the most important thing to think of. I think that you can absolutely pull this style off with your facial bone structure and it isn't a bad idea to get the mental boost that a new hairstyle gives you, just consider the time issue because I think in the long run that is going to be the big factor. I don't think you would regret it at all! This one would be pretty low maintenance, while looking classy...and that is a nice mommy-plus! :) It would look great on you. Go for it! :)

Why not? It looks easy to maintain and you will definitely need easy!

Cute hair. I like Jennie's cut better as it swings just above the shoulders giving hair some sexy movement.

Its cute, but I cut my hair when I was pregnant and I cried and cried. Short hair makes tha face rounder and I just felt fatter. Thats just me though...

Yeah, it looks really cute and really you. Ask your hairdresser what she thinks but then, if she thinks it will work go for it girl. I think it's cool.

Yes, but make sure it is long enough to put in a pony tail! You will thank me once you have the baby!

Either way...you will still look beautiful! I tell my wife this...to comfortable with who she is inside...and believe me she is....and if she still decides to make changes....I still support her a million percent....this of course is coming from a man not a pregnant woman's perspective....lol.

i say go for the hair that you want! anyway...changing your hairstyle isn't really a "major" decision is it? just make sure it's easy to take care of and you can look good w/out having to do anything w/ it. :)
